In 2016, I helped establish one of the first corporate-level Military & Veteran initiatives in mortgage banking, built around a simple idea: Veterans don't live inside our intentions. They live in the outcomes we create. Since then, I've focused on scaling that work, developing teams, building training, aligning operations, and reshaping how the VA home loan is understood and executed across the industry. Today, I lead national strategy to ensure that commitment to the military community actually translates into consistent performance across markets, teams, and borrower experiences. That means advancing VA loan competency through real-world education, building partnerships beyond traditional lending channels, and driving alignment between strategy and execution at the enterprise level. The recognition, partnerships, and growth that have come with this work aren't the point. The point is impact: making sure Military & Veteran families have access, clarity, and a fair shot at homeownership, without being held back by misinformation or inconsistent execution. That's the mission I'm focused on continuing to scale, through stronger teams, better alignment, and a model that performs the way it should.
